You provide:

  Facility space
     Appropriate and adequate space for the nuclear imaging suite, which is segmented, separate and apart from laboratories, including appropriate power supply, air conditioning, water and other utilities
  Appropriate and adequate space for the installation of the hot lab equipment
  Obtain any landlord consents required for the development of the facility

  Operating supplies
     Radiopharmaceuticals
  Crash cart
  All other operating supplies

  Licensing/radiation safety
     Medical provider to provide a qualified and licensed physician to serve as the Medical Director for the facility
  The Medical Director or another manager designated “Authorized User” will serve as the Authorized User of the facility and will be designated as such on the facility’s Radioactive Materials License
  Medical Director or designee to serve as the facility’s Radiation Safety Officer

  Staffing
     Billing and clerical personnel
  Stress tech or nurse

  Administrative
     Medical provider to be responsible for billing and all procedures performed at the facility
